My name is Bonita

I’m a yoga instructor and pelvic embodiment facilitator. Yoga has been my grounding force, especially during challenging times. Through yoga, I’ve rediscovered my strength and resilience, and it’s my passion to help you do the same. With my background in multi-style yoga, holistic healing, and maternity yoga, I’m dedicated to guiding you as you reconnect with your body, heal, and embrace your changing self through Nurturing the New You.
