Meet Your Guide

My name is Bonita

Prenatal yoga played a significant role in supporting me through pregnancy. When I got pregnant in 2019, I was filled with joy, and yoga became my foundation for navigating the physical and emotional shifts of pregnancy. However, after my son was born, I struggled with postpartum anxiety and depression. I learned that in order to give my best to my family, I needed to first nurture myself. Yoga, along with other holistic practices and self-compassion, became a crucial part of my journey to finding balance and healing.

Through my own experience, I’ve learned how important it is to nurture both your body and your mind during pregnancy. This is the heart of my program: empowering you to feel strong, centered, and at peace, no matter what challenges may arise.
